To whome this may concern,
On Saturday July 25th, 2015 at approximately 3:00pm EST, I decided to grab a quick bite at the Arby's located in Dublin, Georgia. My experience was anything but. Part of my order contained a chicken cordon bleu sandwich, in which I specifically asked for NO mayonnaise at all on it. After waiting nearly 15 minutes to reach the window and receive my food I quickly grabbed it and pulled forward to avoid delaying the people behind me in line. Of course, when I checked my sandwich, there was Mayonnaise covering my entire sandwich. I pulled back through the drive through, waited in line again and when I told her my issue she rudely snatched the sandwich from my hands and shut the window in my face while rolling her eyes at me like I was the problem that she couldn't do her job correctly. I asked for the manager, in which another woman come to the window a few minutes later and screamed that it was cheese at me. I know the difference between cheese and mayonnaise. There's a BIG difference. She too, shut the window in my face, and returned almost 15 minutes later with a cold sandwich. Never in my life have I ever received such rude and down right disrespectful treatment from anyone, let alone from someone who is supposed to be employed in an industry where customer service should be a priority. The whole situation almost felt to me as if race was an issue being while I watched waiting in line the employees seemed to get along just fine and be more than happy to serve the people of their same color. Overall, I am VERY irate and frustrated at the service and treatment, or shall I say lack of, service and treatment in which I received today.
