  • Fish Sandwiches are Crap!



    I was on a business trip and ordered 2 fish sandwiches at Arby's # 7398 in Boiling Springs, SC, which is over 1 hour from my home. I did not get to eat the fish sandwiches right away but started to eat them about 20 minutes later and 20 miles from this Arby's location, otherwise I would have returned and demanded my money back. The fish sandwiches were crap. I could not eat them. The edges of both fish patties were so hard I could not chew them. I ended up throwing both sandwiches away.   • Poor attitude



    I went through a drive through and asked if I could use a coupon wih my purchase. The female at the drive through kept interrupting me while I tried to read the coupon to her. Her tone was so nasty, I left and went to a different fast food chain entirely. I work with psych patients who have threatened me, thrown trays at me, among many other events I can't name. If I ever talked to a patient like this little girl talked to me, I would be fired.     My son and I dined at the Sunrise, Florida (Rest. #128) on 08/02/15 to find a chewed up piece of meat in the box next to the sandwich we ordered. It seemed to be a big joke among the employees and manager, we did not appreciate that disgusting unsanitary display, not to mention the numerous diseases that can be contracted that way.     Today at 8/11/15, my son went into the Arby Store #0718. (near Dorothy Lane nd Kettering Blvd. Dayton, OH) He had 2 cards to pay for his purchase; one was a prepaid card from a recent trip and another was his debit card. He was told they could not oomplete the transaction. I went in and asked if they simply not know how to do this or had not been taught.     We went to Arbys had a very simple order. Asked for horse radish sauce plus extra and received None. We live in the country so it's too far to go back.     In the past I have enjoyed your gyros; however I find one of your newest commercials offensive and so will probably not visit the Arby's franchise in the future. The commercial I am referring to shows a gyro in the right hand of the person on the TV screen and says here is a sandwich for the hand that does everything and then puts the turkey gyro in the left hand and notes that this is for the hand that does nothing??!!     The workers in the restaurant looked a mess and the resturant looked dirty ! No ketchup in the dispenser . A cook went outside and then came back in to use the same gloves that he touched the door with to touch the customers food . Nasty !! This dinner was a mistake !     My family went to Arby's in prairie village, ks,Corinth Square and it was so bad I couldn't believe it. I've never written a review on any website, but they are so bad, I have to say something. The guy that took our order was extremely rude. The "cook" was eating food in the back instead of making it..I literally saw her eating, and taking her sweet time.   • cant pay with money first and rest on card.? really?



    Can you really not pay with money and then the rest on a card? I was 1.50 short and when I asked if I could pay with cash and the rest on a card when the employee said he didn't know how to go about this.. It's bad enough to pay $10 plus tax for a MEDIUM meal, but it should be perfectly fine to pay with cash and the rest on a card.     I filled out an application at Arby's, they called me in for my first interview. I was invited back for the second interview, which was the only time I ever saw the manager. I was told I got the job December 20th, 2013. I was also told I would start after the holidays, so I waited.     My husband & I visited the Delphi, Indiana Arbys on Main Street. I gave the man (who turned out to be the manager, Bob Lucas) my order. He repeated it to me correctly, but entered it in to the computer wrong. I paid for my order. He did not say thank you, and he put the cups on his end of the counter.     The manager at the Manchester NH mall Arby's was incredibly disrespectful to me and to his coworkers.   • Not enough advertisements for Arby's restaurants along HWY 520/280 in GA.



    My husband and I were on our Thanksgiving trip from FL back to GA. In Valdosta we decided to have dinner at an Arby's in Tifton, after leaving the interstate, but we couldn't find any advertisements for an Arby's, not only not in Tifton but along the way towards Columbus, GA.     I stopped by Arbys with my wife. After placing my order which should have come out to 23.00 the cashier informed me my total was 39.00. When I questioned this she started swearing.     7/9/2013 I have always loved Arby's but my experience at the location on Rainbow in Las Vegas, NV has me questioning if I will ever go back! 1.     Went through the drive through, ordered- a #17 which is a Philly Steak and cheese, A # 4 a Roast beef with cheddar, and a dip sandwhich.....     I have been working for the Arbys corporation since jan 7, two months into it I have been having problems with two of the managers treating me in a un-bussiness like fashion.     I went to the Arby's in Merrifield, VA the other day and the cashier, Jesse (name on her name tag) / Jessica (name on the receipt), barely spoke a word of English. I had to repeat each item to her at least three times before she understood and after every order she kept ringing me out like I was purposely giving her a hard time.     The Arby's on 280 Bypass in Phenix City, AL is the worst at service. On Few. 12, 2013 my husband and I drove through to pick up some dinner after 8pm.     Worst Service I have EVER had in my life at ANY sort of food service or restaurant!!!!! Drive throught extremely slow took forever for the employees to even come on the speaker!!!     My boyfriend and I used to work at this arbys, and that certain manager hated us for no apparent reason. So we came in, she didn't get us or take our order.
