i went to the arbys at 3425 Lincoln Way W, South Bend,Indiana at 3:30pm on 4/26/2014. the staff there were very rude. the ass.manager served us and was rude,illmannered and threw our food at us in the car. the lid wasnt even on my drink so when she slung it,it spilled all over me! very rude. and very bad attitude! will not return there!
