Arbys at Towers Mall - Food and dirty employes
The workers in the restaurant looked a mess and the resturant looked dirty ! No ketchup in the dispenser . A cook went outside and then came back in to use the same gloves that he touched the door with to touch the customers food . Nasty !! This dinner was a mistake ! We ordered brisket was no meat for the sandwich and our fries were cold for both orders and the fish was not appealing . No hair nets clothes dirty from everyone we seen . I couldn't tell who was the manager from the employees . All need to change there shirts under there clothes., and cut there hair . The Drive through guy was the most presentable .of all the employes. Whatever happened to coming to work looking like youare ready to work ? The whole establishment needs a face lift .Asap !!
