BAD SERVICE
was so disappointed today when I went in to your Prestonsburg,KY Business, first when we went in NO ONE came to the counter when we got in.....the people in the back looked up an then just kept on working, after a few minutes some guy from the side window area ask if I haed been waited on and I told him no and he yelled for some one to come. We finally got our order taken and they said it would take 4 and 1/2 minutes for the potatoe cakes and we stepped aside, after about 5 minutes a lasdy came out with the tray and asked what else we had ordered and I told her the cakes and she said well I just came on duty and I really don't know what you ordered, after another 3-4 minutes she yells how about those potatoe cakes and someone else comes out with a tray a drops them on the counter and says sorry and just walks away.....I won't say I will not be stopping by again but I will say it will be awhile before I go back.

0 My husband and I usually hit Arbys around 5-6pm. This is definitely not the time to try and get good waffle fries in Junction City, KS. We eat out a lot, and I have had to take cold waffle fries back up to the counter on more than 1 occasion. Tonite AGAIN they were cold. I don't mind waiting for hot food. There was no one in there when we arrived. Everyone was standing at the counter. I have worked fast food myself and have given them the benefit of the doubt BUT enough is enough. I will really have to be hungry for something that I can only get at Arbys before going back again. I would think the evening manager would be aware of this since its the same one each time we go in.
