Poor attitude


I went through a drive through and asked if I could use a coupon wih my purchase. The female at the drive through kept interrupting me while I tried to read the coupon to her. Her tone was so nasty, I left and went to a different fast food chain entirely. I work with psych patients who have threatened me, thrown trays at me, among many other events I can't name. If I ever talked to a patient like this little girl talked to me, I would be fired. You fast food employees want the same rate that our medical techs get paid and yet you can't even handle common decency. I called to alert the manager, Tiffany. It was clear the two of them were friends. I will never return to this Arby's due to poor attitudes and poor management of the event.
