Worst Arby's in america

My family went to Arby's in prairie village, ks,Corinth Square and it was so bad I couldn't believe it. I've never written a review on any website, but they are so bad, I have to say something. The guy that took our order was extremely rude. The "cook" was eating food in the back instead of making it..I literally saw her eating, and taking her sweet time. No other customers in the place, food took 15 minutes, and I only ordered roast beef. The beef was way overcooked, I just threw it away. Waste of time, and money. Stay away from this horribly managed arbys
