Arby's bad EVERYTHING! - I wanted the Angus Chedder but got sloppy, beef, on a hoagie.

I went thru the drive thru at the Arby's off Exit 10, on Interstate 4 in the Travel America in Seffner FL. I was in a hurry to get to the pharmacy to pick up medication that I had to start taking this evening, as I have a surgical procedure planned the following morning. Made sure I had the time off work MONTHS ago as well I couldn't eat anything after 8pm.........we all know the drill.......and the surgical procedure has been planned for months. The girl at the drive thru window seemed polite, but EVERYTHING else went wrong after this point. When I BARELY made it to the specialty pharmacy before they closed at 7, I didn't have my credit card, therefore I was unable to pick up my prescription after I raced to get there on time. I drove straight from Arby's to the pharmacy, so there was no way it could have been anywhere BUT at Arby's. NO RECEIPT. NO CREDIT CARD. I felt extremely embarrassed when I got to the pharmacy counter, but what is WAY worse is that I have to get up early tomorrow to call my Doctor and cancel the surgical procedure that I have been waiting VERY long for, been giving blood and tissue samples for a MONTH preparing for this procedure. AND THIS IS ALL BECAUSE THE LADY AT THE ARBY'S DRIVE THRU WINDOW FORGOT TO GIVE ME MY CARD BACK! At least I hope she FORGOT, otherwise you have bigger problems at the store than a displeased patron. I called the Arby's location as soon as I knew the card HAD to have been left there. I explained to the manager (that's who he said he was. Named Al?) I ASSURE YOU......I NEVER GOT HANDED A RECEIPT OR MY CARD BACK. Finally, the cherry on top of it all......The sandwich was NOT what I ordered. I ordered the Angus Bacon Cheese on hoagie roll. What I got was shaved beef smothered in onions, peppers?, and drowned in some kind of dressing. And I mean drowned to the point of soggy bread and wrapper covered in it. I HARDLY eat fast food, but I like to have an Arby's meal for my cheat of the week. Please don't let employees and bad attitudes ruin your restaurant. Customer service hardly exists anymore. Teach these kids how to be customer service and they will go far in life.
