ing horse radish sauce & Nasty manager - Horse Radish Sauce
We went to Arbys had a very simple order. Asked for horse radish sauce plus extra and received None. We live in the country so it's too far to go back. I called about this and spoke to a gentleman which was the manager and all he said was they make mistakes and wanted off the phone. He was mad thwI kept him on there because I was upset. I told him it ruined my dinner and plus it was expensive just to say they make mistakes. That I Don't eat roast beef with out the sauce. Still it made him mad and he wanted off the phone so I just hung up. Needless to say, I didn't eat my sandwich my dogs did! Excuse my language but the manager acted pissy and was an ass. But next time we will go somewhere else to get our rosroast beef since we have to go through this and be treated like like this. Jo & Terry Meehan
